A. Regime-held Territory
Dara: As the Russian attempts to hold an agreement between the regime and rebel elements in Dara failed yesterday, the regime army shelled the besieged neighborhoods in the city with tanks on Wednesday. There were no reports of casualties.
Raqqa: Regime forces arrested 15 men in Sabkha area in the east of Raqqa. The men were driven by the military intelligence to the city of Hama.
B. HTS-held Northwest Syria (Idlib, Western Hama, Northern Latakia, western Aleppo)
Two children were killed near Taftanaz in the north of Idlib by the explosion of a war-remnant bomb. The children were playing in an open area when the explosion happened.
C. Turkish Influence Territory (Afrin, Azaz, Al Bab, Jarablus, Tal Abyad, Ras Al Ayn)
Al Bab: A bus carrying eight rebel fighters Dara reached the city of Al Bab on Wednesday. The fighters left Dara on Tuesday after reaching an evacuation agreement with the regime forces with the help of the Russian army. The bus travelled from Dara in the south accompanied by a Russian patrol before entering the Turkish-held areas in the north through the Abu Al Zindayn crossing with the regime areas.
D. SDF-held Northeast Syria (Most of Raqqa and Hasaka, part of Deir Ezzor, parts of Aleppo: Manbij, Ayn Al Arab\Kobani, Tal Rifa’at.)
The Turkish army announced on Wednesday that it “alienated” nine SDF fighters during its operations in northern Syria in the last few days. There was no comment from SDF.
E. ISIS Update
SDF arrested several members of ISIS in a new campaign in Ziban and Al Sour in the east of Deir Ezzor. One of the members arrested was described a former important commander in ISIS.
